[Replacement and Return Guide]
Due to the nature of custom-made products, it is difficult to exchange or return due to size, delay in delivery, simple change of mind.
However, if the product is defective, it can only be replaced with the same product.
In the case of a replacement due to a defect, only merchandise returned to Surekisch within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Return due to personal carelessness is not possible.
Credit card payment customers will receive credit card cancellations, cash payment customers return cash, mobile phone payments and escrow payments.
In the event of a defective exchange, exchange / return cannot be made for items that have passed the exchange and return period (within 7 days from the date of receipt) under the Electronic Commerce Act.
The size can be changed once, and the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
* If exchange or return is not possible
(In accordance with Article 17 of the Law on Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
-If the product is lost / damaged due to the customer's responsibility (except for damage to the package to check the contents)
-When the value of the product is damaged due to the use, wearing traces, or negligence / inattention of the consumer
(Perfume odor, fiber deodorant, body lotion odor, cosmetics, artificial repair or washing, label or tag / bar code removed)
-Missing components of purchased products (set products, accessories for clothing, gifts, etc.)
-The color difference due to the resolution difference and the odor generated during the production process cannot be the cause of defect.
-If it falls under the grounds for restricting subscription withdrawal under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
The exchange / return may be restricted with the prior notice of the cancellation of the subscription and with the consent of the consumer. Please consider carefully.

-For products that are devalued and difficult to resell
(Repairing, washing, wearing, careless defects, dyeing, fragrance, cosmetics, deodorant, stains, tearing, wearing traces, etc.)
-In case of insufficient finishing that can occur due to mass production (seam, chalk marks, bond marks, stitched, wrinkled, chemical smell)
(Intentional damage to goods for exchange or return may be claimed.)
-Denim products fall out.

* Even if the replacement of the defective product, the product cannot be returned if the product has passed the exchange and return period (within 7 days from the date of receipt) under the Electronic Commerce Act.
